491 boxes, over 2000 plants, are in the ground and starting to really grow. Now that our hectic pace can slow just a teensy bit, we’ll be on here to keep you updated on the latest news at the farms, our favorite recipes and pairings from local produce, the best way to store and harvest the vegetables, and whatever else comes our way.
